The film was birthed by director Tomi ‘MRMTMMG’ Okeowo and his reflection on his time at school. In his first film, he is joined by producer Benjamin Opuku from The Unit Production and co-creators Bebe Solabi and Tolu Sarah Martins (also the writer!).
What started as a Kickstarter campaign that raised over £13000 ended up in a fully-fledged short film, which had its debut on Saturday 6th of May 2023, selling out The Genesis Cinema capcity of 600 people.
